Samepage is a cloud-based collaboration software solution that helps teams eliminate project bottlenecks and communicate seamlessly with team members.

Samepage provides a suite of project management tools, communication features and built-in integration with commonly used apps such as Facebook, YouTube, Microsoft Excel, Google Maps, OneDrive and many others. These third-party integrations can help users work on projects without having to switch between various applications.

Samepage helps build teams, create shared calendars, manage documents and record project milestones on a customizable page. The solution also helps track projects, identify pending tasks and delegate work accordingly.

The product has a chat functionality to help teams communicate and engage effectively and allows users to comment on pages and keep an audit trail of project activity.

Samepage provides native mobile apps for Android and iOS devices and can be used on any device.

    Private place for Youth Group to communicate

    Pros

    The free version allows our youth group to not have to worry about a cost to have a private platform they are able to communicate and collaborate on. They have tried Google Groups and Facebook Private Group but since not everyone is allowed to have one of these (due to their parent's decision of access). Samepage has offered relief to the parents and a safe place to work together.

    Cons

    I wish we didn't lose things after 30 days but understand that is the 'price' we pay for using the free version. We just do not have in our budget to pay per person per month. This is a non profit leadership development group and we have no revenue source except for any fundraising the group is able to complete.

    Pros

    I like that I can chat with colleagues rather than sending short one line emails. Plus, we get task creator and reminder.

    The ability to keep the team collaborating and on topic. The video conferencing ability and private chat options are great as well. The unique ability to pull different media into each page is wonderful too. I love a lot of things about Samepage to include the responsiveness of their team.

    Cons

    Not much... the spell check can be a drag. I work closely with the team to fix issues so things I don't love don't stick around long. ;-)

    This has been a great tool to collaborate, share knowledge, manage projects, stay on track and accountable. Absolutely love it. For a team page to communicate and stay in touch on a shared project and goal it's outstanding.

    Pros

    The interface is simple to use, the functionality is exceptional with integrated video calls, team pages, file sharing, calendars and task management. It's been an absolute joy collaborating on this platform. The app is also feature rich and just as powerful as the desktop. It's very ergonimic in design and has so many creative ways to add content. I love the design elements. You can use quotes, highlights, embed codes, clips, diagrams, embed social media posts and format any way you like. It's AMAZING.

    Cons

    There's almost nothing I don't like about it. The ONLY thing I can think of that would enhance the experience is to have the calendar invites and the video calling linked. At the moment you create a meeting, but have to go to the chat page to start the video. Not a huge deal - but everything is so seamless that not being able to click a link from the calendar to start the call is a bit clunky.

    Samepage is a great tool especially for the team that is geographically spread out from one another. It allows us to stay on the "same page" and work collaboratively together. It's easy to learn and use. I like tagging team mates with posts and accessing information with the iPhone app.

    Cons

    There is little that I have disliked. Sometimes the menu structure left me confused where I was at.

    As a small business with 9 locations across three states, Samepage allows us to connect our workspaces in one easy to use location that allows sharing and collaboration to happen much more seamlessly.

    Pros

    So far, we love the flexibility of the pages and the linkability between documents and multiple locations throughout our pages.

    Cons

    As we transition from our trial to paid membership, the cost is the biggest con. Would love to make everyone in our organization a full member, but the expense of that may limit us.

    I've used it for a couple weeks now for work and I haven't experienced any serious problems.

    Pros

    I like that everyone can literally be on the Samepage and work on documents at the same time. It's very user friendly for uploading important documents and also allowing you to have a conversation about them.

    Cons

    I don't like that you have to be strategic when adding teams/ members.

    We keep set lists, lyrics and gigs together, it has really helped us to stay connected

    Pros

    It’s an excellent tool for collaboration, built in chat and pages keep my band connected and synced.

    Cons

    No offline capability on the app. Data is required to look at everything including pages, I’d like to be able to view the last loaded version of a page without data

    We utilize Samepage as a major source for communications with multiple users from different organizations and conveniently share resources, documents and other pertinent information through this useful tool.

    Pros

    We appreciate the email notifications of postings and the ease of storing and retrieving shared documents with our team.

    Our overall experience is positive and we intend to stay with Samepage. We evaluated several collaboration packages, and while each has its' strength, ultimately we felt Samepage offered the best mix of flexibility, usability, and overall value.

    Pros

    Samepage is quite flexible in how you utilize it to organize workgroups, departments, events, implementations, and almost any group. It's important to take time to understand what your goal is and how your work is organized. You may be part of a small team but if your work is mostly on projects, it may be more be beneficial to you to set up Samepage based on projects rather than a team.
    We started with our Marketing & Strategy team, but within that workgroup we have a sub-groups that deal with data quality, event management, and process improvement. Samepage is flexible enough to allow some of us to organize by project while others are a fixed group of people.
    The most important thing I look for in any product is after-sale support and Samepage is outstanding in this regard. We were assigned a support group that is immediately available (normal business hours) and we usually have an initial response in a few minutes. By using Samepage, your support can seemlessly flow from chat to voice to video or screen share with a few clicks.

    Cons

    It's high degree of flexibility can also be frustrating for new users. Several in our group were expecting to see a very clear line of sight i.e. "step 1, step 2, etc." but that's not how it's designed. This is very much a case of software conforming to your situation rather than you having to change how you work, hence the earlier comment about thinking through how your workgroup functions. If you have a bad workflow now, Samepage will make it easier for you to be bad. If you have an efficient workflow now, Samepage will make collaborating and organizing the documentation a breeze.

    I am happy so far with the overall experience. I hope it will stay like this at lest next one year.

    Pros

    I am very hard to get used at any application and software and this is the one that really works for me. It’s simple and you need very short time to figure out how it works.
    Also its easy to introduce team into it, we are very small team but we like it.
    I cant talk a lot about it because we use it only about two months (pro version) and its good so far.

    Cons

    You literally can’t do anything with free version, although you say you can. I was thinking i can do because i have team of only 4 of us. And all the data we put there in one month, just vanished after exepriation of one month?!?! So I was actually forced to pay to get all conversations and documents back.
    If that data wouldn’t be important for my business I would never pay. I would find something else.
    So maybe you can find some nicer way to make transition or really give people a chance at least to have the data they put in.

    I use samepage to view ABA files and it has been extremely helpful for me to prepare myself for sessions and to find forms when I need them. the interface is very user friendly

    Samepage allows team members to collaborate with information/ documentation in real time in a single platform - it removes the complications associated with separate messaging platforms and separate cloud based document sharing services.

    Pros

    1. Multi platform interface (Mac OS/ iOS)
    2. Unified collaboration tool with central storage for documents that can be shared amongst team members
    3. Options for IM integrated into platform

    1. Slightly complicated interface - leading to a steeper learning curve

    The software is very helpful and had increased the collaboration at workplace.

    The experience of using same page was very helpful and wonderful and it enabled me to collaborate more with colleagues at workplace. It also had improved our communication and saved a lot of time by reaching the contacts in one message!! It also keeps the privacy as no one will be able to see nor the phone number neither the email. Thank you samepage!
