Samepage is a cloud-based collaboration software solution that helps teams eliminate project bottlenecks and communicate seamlessly with team members.

Samepage provides a suite of project management tools, communication features and built-in integration with commonly used apps such as Facebook, YouTube, Microsoft Excel, Google Maps, OneDrive and many others. These third-party integrations can help users work on projects without having to switch between various applications.

Samepage helps build teams, create shared calendars, manage documents and record project milestones on a customizable page. The solution also helps track projects, identify pending tasks and delegate work accordingly.

The product has a chat functionality to help teams communicate and engage effectively and allows users to comment on pages and keep an audit trail of project activity.

This cloud based has multiple features and tools like management tools, communication features. Samepage also helps build teams, manage product.

Cons

The new format is not as easy . We wish we could publish pages to the public, but the features will available in weeks.

Pros

Messaging and collaborative features are spot on, with the ability to compartmentalize teams. The ever evolving feature list based on actual user input and demand speaks volumes to the effort that Kerio places into Samepage as a whole.

Cons

I speak as a minority on this one but I would like to see a Samepage app for Windows Mobile in the Windows Store
The new format is not as easy to use at the Legacy Format

Pros

It just makes working together with my team so much easier. We've abandoned email and Slack long ago - we get all of our communication and content sharing done in Samepage now. As a design agency, we also share our work with clients through Samepage and it makes progress on each project so much easier to see. It's perfect for the following: task lists, file sharing, meetings, internal & client communications, event coordination, human resources documentation. Great mobile app too.

Cons

We wish we could publish pages to the public, but we understand that feature will be available in a few weeks.

I can merge many tools to one tool only. To-do list - cloud file share - calendar (team calendar)

Pros

1. I really like 1T drive and possible to sync with desktop. 2. Own (own+my teams) and separete team calendar

Cons

Notifications on mobile won't work everytime. It's not (yet) possible to whitelabel (own domain). Direct cloud file share is not possible (from files) You can share file from public page.

Pros

Ability to assign someone else task to do. and also its mobile apps enable me to check out what task had been assign to me on the go.

Cons

Its UI (user interface) , too complicated to understand . its takes time for me to learn how to navigate using the UI.

There is a lot to love about SamePage. There is a chat feature so you can chat with a team or individual (everything is kept in one location). You get notifications on your phone when there are updates to read (fast communication). You can maintain notes and schedules for each team you create. You can also include links to the Internet (like your Google Drive) within pages. The customer support was wonderful and unexpected (I was surprised to get a response from some feedback I provided; the response included an unexpected solution to my situation).

Cons

SamePage provides a calendar for each group (which makes sense) as well as a calendar for each individual. I don't see an option of a Master calendar (all team events on one calendar). I am still working on the best way to utilize the calendars.

Quick organization of our group. One place to lodge all the group's info.

Pros

It is easy to use and even my non-computer-savvy book club members can use it with just a few minutes instruction. They really like the phone app to track activity for the group. We can attach docs like recipes and book reviews and contact lists and there is the ability to keep a history of our group.

Cons

Samepage works really well. It isn't so easy to insert links to internet sites into the actual pages. However links can be inserted into the chat page fairly easily.

Our projects now are easy to track along with their percentage of completion. In addition, files and project now found a perfect place to be attached.

Pros

It's simplicity, easily accessible from various devices and mos of all the Facebook post attachment goes perfectly with our work environment.

Cons

It's page placement section should be given a priority and placed on the upper section of the app. But that's not that big to complain about.

Pros

Android application is the best part of the application.it gives access on the go. Beside this we get live updates.

Cons

The Android app had user interface bugs, off late the bugs have been removed but the navigation issues are there. User is taken granted for some tasks. There is no back button.. This can be improved

Pros

The number of functionalities, especially the ability to categorize tasks - AND CHATS - by topic, project and clients is really useful. It really reflects how internal communications are (supposed to be) carried out. Secondly, the ability to determine access rights - setting, editing, viewing. Cheers to the architect.

Cons

Visuals, a bit too colorful. I imagine its difficult balancing many features with a clean design. Maybe a modular approach - so different departments and users can set up their own relevant dashboards - would help with with aesthetics. Since the person setting it up would have some awareness of database management it shouldn't hamper ease of use and installation too much.

Ease of use for teams and professional, virtual environments

Pros

Samepage really is a pretty user friendly tool, even with the recent/updated version. It has really helped in my success throughout my program.

Cons

There are sometimes glitches with the software that prevent me from updating certain items on my page, but usually when I reload or sign out of the program, it will work correctly. Also, my name has been switched with another student's email so this has been a frustrating at times because to my team, it makes it look like I am not working on the project or there are random people using our Samepage, but it's not been too much of an issue once I let everyone know it's me.

There is a lot to like about Samepage - right from the simplicity of the UI and ease of use to the robust capabilities. I was able to replace Slack, Asana, Box and a whole host of other applications that my team used with just Samepage!

Ease of use wraps it up quite well. It's very easy to navigate and understand. It's very helpful to communicate with co-workers across the building.

Cons

The feature I like least would be that I cannot change settings to make a sound when when I receive a message. Therefore if I am not stairing directly at my computer I will not know if I have a new message.

Pros

The chats are great. You can have a different chat page for each project and also a chat for all projects together. If you have different projects going on at the same time, the software organizes it for you.Samepage allows you to customize the design and it is also possible to upload files and add them to your project.

Cons

The app is not so good. For me it was hard to creat callendar events and to remove the app's notifications. It also doesn't work offline.
