Cons

The new format is not as easy . We wish we could publish pages to the public, but the features will available in weeks.

Pros

Messaging and collaborative features are spot on, with the ability to compartmentalize teams. The ever evolving feature list based on actual user input and demand speaks volumes to the effort that Kerio places into Samepage as a whole.
real time chat box on each page, attractive user interface, just the entire package they deliver, favorite is the task bubble,

Cons

I speak as a minority on this one but I would like to see a Samepage app for Windows Mobile in the Windows Store
The new format is not as easy to use at the Legacy Format

The Best Collaboration Software I've Ever Used.

It just makes working together with my team so much easier. We've abandoned email and Slack long ago - we get all of our communication and content sharing done in Samepage now. As a design agency, we also share our work with clients through Samepage and it makes progress on each project so much easier to see. It's perfect for the following: task lists, file sharing, meetings, internal & client communications, event coordination, human resources documentation. Great mobile app too.

Cons

We wish we could publish pages to the public, but we understand that feature will be available in a few weeks.

Fast and easy to see things done in real time.

Pros

Keeps it nice in order and keeps my files in one spot as well as communications in another spot. Love that I connect with everyone in the group and can provide feedback to someone privately.

Cons

The phone app has been shutting off more often when I traveling, don't like the phone app if I keep having to restart it every time I need to use it. Can't always bring my computer with me and now it seems that I'm going to need to just to get my work done.

We were able to keep all our work in one app instead of using different apps for task lists, files, and chat. This makes things much easier to find. It also makes it much easier to see progress happening in real time because everything in Samepage is live.

Pros

It's everything under one roof. We don't need other apps to get stuff done together. It's nice being able to chat via text or video conference right next to the page where our tasks and files are. Having it all on one screen is so nice, especially on my small laptop screen. We can't live without it now. Great mobile app too.

Cons

The layout is unique so it took some getting used to, but now it makes perfect sense . I understand why they designed it this way.

You can make adjustments and update them at the moment. The use of chat is very practical, so there is a quicker contact with the team.

Cons

Configure each project as something unique, using the same application but configuring it as if it were something new and unique, this allows you to add only the tools that are necessary for the project and make it as easy to work as possible.

Pros

Samepage is an innovative service for project management, it is excellent that from the moment you start a project there is a screen where you can configure each of the aspects you want to add, the tools you want to use in it, the chat, those who participate , everything, everything is configurable, which gives you the ability to create each project in a different way, personalized and with the tools you want to use, you can present it to your clients using the same tool and making it look like something totally different.

Cons

At first it may be a little complicated to understand the application as it is a different way of working, it may take a bit of time for your team to learn to use it correctly, in principle it will add time to development but the benefits are worth it.

The main benefit is that it gives you the ability to edit each project as if it were something unique, customize the page and the tools you use, with a unique and configurable template.

Pros

We all know what a project management tool can do, and Samepage has all the basic tools to carry it out correctly, but what differentiates it from others and gives it that extra that makes it "class apart", is the ability to personalize each project deeply, you can choose which tools to use, design the template, which people intervene, what role each one meets, to which group the messages and assignments arrive, you can really make each project unique and thus distinguish the 100% each, denoting their difference and presenting them as something totally new to your customers who may have seen other of your products, you will love it.

Cons

The problem is that this is a new approach, few new incomes will know this way of working which will make the learning take more time than with other tools or when you implement it in your team it may take a while to adapt and in principle take more time .

Cons

Menu system could be better. It can get a bit clunky. The userface is also very different from it's competitors so it takes some time getting used to.

Get notifiers on external submissions. Set up is easy . Call feature handy. Nice to be able to have sub teams for accountability

Cons

Calls cant be recorded in business meetings . This feature is available on Zoom and can be saved as an audio file

Have a tool that allows me to organize and customize each project as required, in terms of vision and tools.
It is a new way of looking at the organization of projects, it can be a bit complicated to adopt the tool in the work teams and create a bit of resistance.

Pros

It is a way to manage projects very focused on personalization for each of them, when the company manages projects and wants to customize so that each one identifies and manages only the tools that are necessary for the job, samepage is the solution, you can add or remove functionalities for projects and customize the views, also fulfilling all the tasks when project management is concerned.

Very good alternative to Google Drive or Onedrive to collabvorate on office files. GUI can be improveed and need folder organization

Cons

Folder organization need to be improve. Learning curve is hard and you will need some time to learn how to use the software on a effective way.

Easy to use, it would be best if the apps can be used to upload a defaul task list, which can be used for every project.

Cons

If there is a notification when message arrive, will be more convenient and alert to reply. The price is too high for small and medium enterprise. Should consider pricing like Spotify, or icloud, in order to keep long term customers and data base.

I like the set up features and the task tracking capabilities.

This software is really great. It is easy to use and the layout and really makes sense. I like the mobile app too. Collaboration is easy and fun.

Cons

The software is great for task tracking but lacks some of the full features of other project management software's like WBS, budgets, and reporting.

Speed of communication. Context for every discussion. A single place for everyone to connect. It's like Slack, Google Drive and Skype on steroids.

Pros

A single hub with every tool you need to effectively collaborate real time. No other software out there like it. Desktop app, web app, iphone/Android app etc. As a company, we live in Samepage.

Cons

There's no time tracking and no gantt charts, but there are calendars. Also export functionality is limited, but at the rate of development, hopefully that will alter before too long.

Has everything you need to collaborate with multiple people on different people in different teams very easily. Has all the necessary tools in one place. Can customize as you see fit.

Cons

Would have loved the app to automatically keep track of links and URLs. Would also have been nice to link your dropbox folder to be the default folder of a particular team.
