AMS, by Golem Hill, is a cloud-based asset management solution used by small and midsize business for the effective management of IT assets.

AMS integrates with Active Directory for easy import of employee information, including their departments, locations and job titles. Users can quickly add assets and assign them to a specific stock room or employee.

The solution also tracks each employee’s hardware and software allocations to ensure better budgeting and planning for obsolescence.

Users can track as many assets or employees as they need to, so the program can scale with the organization. Additional modules are also available, such as a loaner module to track short term equipment use, a repair module for maintenance and a raffle module for selling or giving obsolete equipment to employees.

AMS is available in three pricing plans: Starter, Advanced and Complete. Each edition allows for unlimited users, but capabilities scale with the price. The software is billed as a subscription license, which renews annually.
