Great purchase!

Pros

The software is easy to use and implement. My sales rep was very knowledgeable and did what he said he would. We used one of their partners to implementation and we were up and running within a month. A ton of functionality at a price you can't beat.

Cons

While it does allow some customization it is somewhat limited. Other than that no complaints.

Impressed with company, but software proved a poor fit for us

Pros

Support seemed quite good during the short time we used it, and the price was competitive compared with some other options we looked at. Was very impressed with the representative assigned to our account, who did our training. He made himself available after hours, and worked really hard to keep our account. Ultimately, however, we just ran into too many obstacles, and had to pull the plug.

Cons

Fairly rigid structure, especially compared to our current CRM, with very little capability for customization. The UI is not very user-friendly, especially on the accounting side. Synchronization with QuickBooks item descriptions was particularly problematic for us.
