Pxier is a cloud-based catering management solution that offers lead management, customer management, feedback tools, contract management and payment and invoicing features.

Pxier enables users to record client and vendor contact details such as email and phone numbers with the contact management module. The product also features lead management, which lets users record leads, schedule calls and follow-ups. The inventory management modules helps users monitor stock levels of both in-house supplies and catering equipment. Users can organize inventory using pre-defined attributes such as category, price and quantity.

Built-in catering packing lists allow users to create checklists of items such as ingredients, pre-made food and required equipment. Integrations include QuickBooks, which allows users to export data from purchases, sales and staff costs and prepare reports such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledgers.

Support includes email and live chat. Yearly and monthly billing options are available.
