The Second Street Team are some of the best in the media business. They put their clients and their client's clients first and are very responsive to expressed needs..... as a side note, they are enjoyable to work with also.

Pros

The Secondstreet Platform enables a wide variety of high value promotions such as Best of the Best/ Reader's Choice, Sweepstakes, Quizzes, Photo contest and nomination contests. The plaform also enables great ad integration for revenue growth and touch points to maximize the generation of results for our clients

Cons

The software overall is very good and the team will also roadmap improvements as needed

Worth the $$$

Our company is now able to create even large promotions than ever before. Second Street is helping us grow our business and we can't wait to see what the future with Second Street has in store.

Pros

Second Street changed the way our company does marketing emails and promotions. We are now up growth because of the integration of Second Street. I also LOVE that I have full tech support whenever needed from the Second Street team. I am able to call/chat/or email support any time and get a response back very quickly.

Cons

Some aspects of setting up emails are difficult or annoying. I have no trouble using it but could see how a beginner could struggle setting up different campaigns.

Reasons for Choosing Second Street

Price and integration sold us. We ended up saving money and having better features with Second Street.

Reasons for Switching to Second Street

Constant Contact was not able to integrate the features that we were wanting to grow our business. Second Street also offered better design options as well.

The limited responsiveness and access to certain features make this program frustrating, at times.

Pros

If you want a simple copy and paste formatting palette, this is your blank canvas. Upload images easily, enter text with ease, and choose from multiple format wizards.

Cons

If you want something that is easy to customize and format text/copy, this is not the program for you. Upickem's lack of responsiveness to edits is highly frustrating.

Great product for engagement and data mining

Pros

We use this software for contests, surveys, and our annual ballot promotion. It’s great for collecting email addresses and other information for use in our marketing. We also used to use the system for email marketing which was a fantastic tool in conjunction with the data collected from surveys and other registrations. Customer service is FANTASTIC! They are so easy to get a hold of and work tirelessly to solve any issues or questions that come up.

Cons

Templates for email blasts are very limited.

SecondStreet is the best

Overall SecondStreet has allowed me to deliver great results to client. I have been able to deliver an ROI to everyone we have worked with while using SecondStreet!

Pros

SecondStreet is very user friendly. Setting up a contest or an eblast has always been fast. Any time I have had a problem their customer service was able to help me very quickly!

Cons

There isn't anything I haven't liked about SecondStreet
