Kimble is a cloud-based professional services automation (PSA) software solution. Key features include prospecting, lead to order management, resource engagement, supply resources, contractor self-billing and closing periods.
With Kimble’s prospecting feature, users can manage propositions, launch marketing campaigns, plan with partners, plan accounts and expose leads. Then, once leads have been exposed, users can define engagement, forecast revenue, forecast costs, develop proposals and finally win orders.
The “scope to delivery” function lets users track opportunities all the way from beginning to completed delivery. In Kimble’s resource engagement feature, time and expenses can be submitted and approved, and contractors can be reimbursed. Contractor’s have their own self-billing portal.
This solution is priced per user per month. Mobile apps are available for Android and iOS. Kimble has been around since 2011 and is offered worldwide.

It would be great if some fields were auto-populated. For example, as a recruiter, I need to manually type in my name, my Business Manager's name, and location every time I create a new resource record. It should automatically fill these fields out for me with the ability for me to override when needed.
Kimble does what our Management Consulting firm needs it to do. It tracks opportunities and resources, and has reporting functions.
This software tool could be much easier for users, it requires tons of manual data entry which is very administrative in nature.

Could be a bit smarter to reduce taps - like defaulting today's date to expense claims!
