If you take the time to learn the entirety of erecruit, it can be a great tool, especially for larger companies which need a great deal of tracking with account management. The unfortunate part about this software is that it seems to have been written from an account management point of view rather than a recruiting point of view, so a lot of the recruiting activities can be time consuming. Once the system is fully understood, steps can be taken to limit some of that time, but it can be difficult for some users to learn.
The sheer volume of information that can be input into the system is huge. This system is very geared towards account management and recruiting working together.
The software can be difficult and cumbersome for some to understand and learn. The search fields are not easy to use and nothing is quick without full knowledge of the software.

Erecruit is not an effective tool for recruiting. Of the 4 applicant tracking systems I have you used, this is by far the worst. I would not recommend.
To be honest, there is not much to like. The only positive thing I could say is that it allows you to access previously visited screens easily.
This product is very slow and cumbersome. It is almost impossible to perform an effective candidate search. Too many steps involved to document, make submittals, and run any actions. Cannot easily access people by phone number, email, and even by their name.

Ease of use, customer service is always reachable & willing to help! System extremely user friendly for the employer & candidate.
Geared towards small to medium sized companies. Some of the updates were a little behind the curve ball with functionality but all in all up to speed.

There are a LOT of options and features in this system. The workflow is very easy to follow and learn. It is semi-customizable but will require a lot of back end work.
Search features are often confusing and there is often too much clutter/too many fields to fill in and be concerned about. We often leave a majority blank. I wish we could search by phone number as well as name/email.

This program does what it is intended to do and has allowed us to market recruits, post jobs, do screening and assessments, and keep all of our recruitment files in one place. Unfortunately there are more cons that make this program difficult to use which I will discuss below.
This program can be mind numbingly slow at times where we find it is easier to force close the program and restart it in order to get it running again. The user interface seems outdated and is very slow to respond at times. We run into an issue where having too many options can be confusing for some people on our team and sometimes wish things were a little more simplified. This program does what it says it does, but you may want to shop around before making your purchase.

This software allowed the company to almost instantly distribute a recruiting software solution to all employees. The learning curve was worth it.
The customer support provided to update this software on demand was extensive. This allowed us to consistently improve the experience of recruiters, finance team, and management through several various channels.
I do not like the clutter of everything. I feel that the user interface and the way options and actions are organized impedes the user experience. I'm not sure how or what would change, but user friendliness in terms of terminology of options and easy maneuverability are a good start.

eRecruit offers my organization what we need in order to track leads, candidates, clients, jobs, etc. It can be a bit buggy and slow at times though. Functionality is versatile and can be a powerful tool.
