"from ( AN INFOTECH franchisee holder ) i called on customer support and ask them foe closing balance on sales invoice they tells it will charge 1800+gst then i said please guide me how can i get get item wise daily profit report from the soft ware you have calculate manually , i ask them that why i installed this software if i have to calculate manually, the don't have any solution for me don,t pick my call ."
"They denied to return my money.there team was not able to upload my tally Data to busy."
"They sales manager comes and pitch for the software buying by assuring for services and take software fees immediately. And when issues are raised they don't pick the call nor they give satisfactory solution. And on being dissatisfied, we ask for refund of software fees, they say it is not possible."
