Execution, output and the team that took care of us, and the affordable pricing regarding creating an app

Cons:

Because of our website complexity, the project took a bit longer than expected. We have a complex system of offers at checkout and we also requested Mobiloud to create a Yotpo integration from scratch for us which they did :)

Pros:

We had an existing WordPress website, and we were looking to create an app out of it. MobiLoud allowed us to create mobile apps in Android and iOS in relatively short time without having to develop a native app. We love that updates to our website will get automatically reflected on the mobile apps as well.

Cons:

We needed to support multiple languages, and adding different country translations was very difficult. Even now, we have some translations that are still not translated. Also, we are not able to use the Canvas product to modify our menus because we are supporting multiple languages. Nonetheless, really appreciate the work of MobiLoud's support team to make our multi-language app functional.

Mobile App True Turn-key solution

Overall, my experience as the project manager for our mobile app, which is serviced by MobiLoud, has been positive. I truly feel that MobiLoud products and services are turn-key, providing seamless mobile app resources to sync our website with our mobile app for convenient online training.

I like the fact that the onboarding and ongoing support have been positive and consistent. Their service has been time-saving, helping us to launch and maintain our mobile app in both the Apple Store and Google Play Store.

Cons:

I am unsure whether I've forgotten where the client's dashboard is located to manage some of the app's features, or if it no longer exists after launching. The one con is not seeing a dashboard from the Mobiloud account page.

Love MobiLoud: Great for startups, sole proprietorships

Their customer service is next level. They always respond immediately. They either perform the solutions themselves or respond with multiple solutions for me to try! Their Canvas software makes creating an ecommerce app easy. I had an app in less than 1 day.

Easy to use branded mobile apps for Wordpress

MobiLoud was all about getting content out of WordPress and into a native app specifically branded for us – this was by far the most important thing for us. The ability to manage it all via a plugin in our WordPress Admin Panel just sealed the deal. They work tirelessly with you to ensure you are happy with your apps. We can't recommend MobiLoud enough.

It just works. We can use our existing WordPress install and have our material presented in a beautiful way on both iOS and Android.

Cons:

I'd like to see updates pushed out a bit more automatically (for instance, to support new phone models), but in fairness the team at MobiLoud is always responsive to updating the app whenever asked. It was actually hard to find something negative to write....

It works, and the staff has been very responsive which I find unusual with internet services. The recent tips by staff are an excellent way for me to stay engaged on how I can better utilize the service (I didn't know what a push notification was until they did an intro).

Cons:

I don't know how to know how many people are using it.
