"They constantly add to your invoice after you order. If the scan makes a mistake, you will be charged to correct it. "
"You can't adjust text size or boldness of individual text, only all the text; you can't delete or revise a wall that was misplaced; you can't selectively include or exclude square footage of rooms; there's no option to add a title to all pages."
"Getting a revision is tedious and difficult and I often can't tell if they're still just relying on AI, because you point out the utterly obvious (like a non-existent wall, or a random exterior fence being included in GLA floorspace) or make notes on the order and they're essentially ignored, often taking half a dozen emails to tediously resolve something minor."
