    I recommend it time and again to other designers

    My team and I have loved using Programa but don't really know how the timeline view is best used. Can't help but feel we are not maximising the full benefits of the platform because we haven't had a tutorial on the system/process.

    Design led presentation format / ease of use - best for procurement. Great help chat. I also love that it's always being improved.
    Cons:
    Invoicing features still in Beta mode and a bit clunky. Doesn't link to Free Agent, so less benefit for our studio.

    It's more brand and studio aligned. I also had a bad experience with Houzz, but their invoice system is superior to Programa's. I miss how I could link documents in Houzz.

    PROGRAMA HAS CHANGED THE GAME!!

    It has been so stress free from start to finish. The customer support is second to none, the systems streamlined, clean and user friendly, and we LOVE the emails showcasing other studios, new product integration, and Programa updates. The client / trade onboarding videos are also incredibly useful.

    Programa has instantly streamlined our inhouse systems and ease of base - line delivery to clients and trade teams. It is so easy to use, and the customer support is excellent.
    Cons:
    We are looking forward to a more developed CRM functionality and customisation features of the client dashboard.

    Reasons for switching to Programa

    Houzz Pro looks and feels dated, and is far too expensive for what it is. Also, the customer service is totally inaccessible unless you are paying the top tier.

    I like Programa and I will keep using it. I am not very satisfied with the price for subscription that is why I have only one team member. Maybe having several packages would be nice as some features I never use (like invoices, taxes, purchases). But I like the Programa idea and that it is being updated all the time. Keeping everything in one place is very convenient. I have some suggestions like upgrading the timeline to Gant chart. Or making it more mobile friendly. But the overall experience is good. Thank you for your work!

    Specifications. Ability to have access every time and share with a client. Tasks and timeline view.
    Cons:
    I never use invoices as I don’t make purchases, all work is being done remotely with a client. I just give a project and a client continue implementing it. What I don’t like is that the website is not comfortable to view on the phone. Specifications are not editable on the phone. Very difficult to work with.

    Programa has improved my workflow and increased the ability to manage projects on site with changes and ease of information. Construction teams consistently give positive feedback about interacting with our schedules.
    Cons:
    Not all attachments come across well when creating a new item via URL Version control and tracking of changes could be improved.

    The visual organization is a huge plus—it makes sharing information with clients attractive and easy to digest. On top of that, it's a superb way to keep tabs on our progress.
    Cons:
    The existing board sections (TO DO, IN PROGRESS, IN REVIEW, DONE) are functional, but the board used to be more customizable. It would be great to regain the ability to add personal, custom sections.

    Programma is a no brainer

    Programma is a no brainer for my small stuido. I could never go without it at this point, it streamlines our design process from lead call to installation and every update makes it even more valuable. The customer service is totally on point too!

    Programma streamlines ALL of my internal processes and winds up saving me hours on project management. It is also incredibly easy to get started and begin your own templates and work flow.
    Cons:
    As helpful as the schedules are, the fields need to be more customizable. I need to be able to turn off all of the fields that are not being used. Id also like to create my own fields.

    It's been incredible to have a software program that "gets it". You can tell it's made by interior designers because it's so streamlined and aesthetic and practical.

    I love the ease of use, the simplicity of having so many tools in one program, the customer service has been immediate and friendly and very helpful, the team is always taking suggestions for improvement and acting on them. The aesthetics of the program are great, it has only what I need and not a ton of options and menus that I don't. We love the ease of using the tasks.
    Cons:
    The iPad and mobile formats need improvement- sometimes parts of pages are cut off or buttons are hidden in those views. We are waiting for more customization in terms of invoicing and branding, I believe that's coming soon.

    Its really a time saver, especially the URL function - thats been a game changer. I also appreciate the on demand customer service, especially as me and my team learn the program.

    Clean user interface, aesthetic. I used to use Gather which was clunky and not as refined. I appreciate the layout of the spec pages when they are printed too
    Cons:
    Spec item pictures are small, would be good to have the option to view all specs as tiles or list, just like in the client interface

    Saves so much time in data entry!

    I really like how professional it makes the schedules look without having to edit it much. The chat function is fantastic and there is someone there always ready to help

    australian based, easy to use and the url function in the schedules! It saves so much time. I also like how you can now add in Canva docs and give the client one portal to have all documents saved in.
    Cons:
    when in the schedule, it takes a while to load and have to refresh as it wont fully load all items. also, when you enter in the trade price and retail price, it automatically enters the client price at the trade price.

    It's been a great experience, and the customer support has been awesome. Every time I have a question I am able to reach someone quickly to help me out. I think having this service makes it even more worth the money I'm paying.

    I love how beautiful the software is, and how easy it is for the clients to approve materials and fixtures. It streamlines my process and it makes my studio look more professional.
    Cons:
    I wish there was a feature where we can select a list of items together and produce an invoice for the clients without asking for payment within the app. Just as a "purchase order" but for the clients. It would be even better if we could integrate with Quickbooks to prepare the invoice there.
