Adding students that are already enrolled in the school is very time consuming and cumbersome..I've tried sharing the QR code for parents to add themselves but often have to troubleshoot that for them as well.

Excellent control over student computers as you are able to blank screens, lock screens and show the teacher screen with ease. When showing the teacher screen you can select an application and therefore when you come off the application to the students pc screen goes blank which is great for reducing data protection risks.

The only negative to Netsupport is the cost of the product.
