"I noticed that users should be able to open viewing and printing options from the screen of the documentation viewer which, to Florence’s knowledge, is a known issue that their team is trying to address. Whereas Florence has improved the ability of sites to resolve corrections on their own while reporting such concerns to higher authorities, it is crucial to earmark further development of middleware to boost interaction and reduce on reliance on elevated automation. As will be discussed below, closing these gaps will greatly improve the usability of the DA system and its performance."
