Cohesity vs Datto SIRIS: Which is best for you?

The ability to protect all my on-prem items (keeping backups on-prem) and all cloud items separately (keeping them in the cloud) has great helped in completely backups in a timely manager and saving large amounts of bandwidth; because I no longer have to pull all cloud items to on-prem solution.

While the initial setup seemed to go smooth enough, we've found several instances where we've attempted to go and retrieve backup for a user, but can't find anything related to them.

The reliability, disaster recovery and support make this product a no brainer for any organization taking their backup solutions seriously.

Warranties and getting support to do an RMA can be a little frustrating.
