I like that you can add different tabs for different locations. And keeping up with PMs and equipment

I understand that it limits the scrolling down the page but trying to see the options for the work order at the bottom of the list doesn't work.

It has streamlined our operations, improved accountability, and provided us with data we never had before to make smarter budgeting decisions for our properties.

I wish the report module was a bit more flexible. While the standard reports cover 95% of our needs, creating a highly custom, one-off report can be a bit clunky and requires exporting data to Excel.
