Human Interest vs Morningstar Direct: Which is best for you?

I wish in our initial implementation setup we received the right customer service we deserved.

Here I am 9 months after leaving that company and cannot file my fucking taxes on account of their terrible business practices, non-exsistent customer support, and inability to correct their own mistakes ( well, they do exist. But its really just the illusion of customer support, and they don't do a damn thing for you )

The platform offers good visualisation capabilities; customisable charts, dashboards, and the ability to integrate data series across time and benchmark.

It honestly just feels clunky at so many iterations or when there are minor issues. When the main fix is just a simple restart, it becomes frustrating that there is often time a repeating of work due to the software not functioning/loading properly on computers that have the capacity to smoothly run the program.
