While the software gives our organization every tool we need to conduct business, having exceptional support team behind the software is what we love about doing business with BIT.
- You're billed per user, making it costly for small operations, and more difficult to use the system as intended with scheduling and the calendar feature. if you're not under the correct tab for an invoice or work order, it will not automatically swap you to where you need to be, rather it says you have to open the correct tab and re-search for the invoice.
