About Newslever

Signal Insights is a competitive intelligence solution that helps businesses monitor and receive email alerts on competitors’ news, social media posts, blogs, website changes, newsletters and other business-critical information. It enables marketing teams to compare engagement scores by analyzing competitors’ digital content across various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

The application allows marketing professionals to track Google search ranking of competitors, conduct analytics and collaborate with internal team members. Features of Signal Insights include data visualization, an activity dashboard, social media monitoring, performance metrics and more. Additionally, it lets sales teams monitor customers’ activities, configure workflows and generate custom reports.

Signal Insights enables organizations to track keywords, crawl websites and automatically hide information related to competitors’ job listings, real estate posts and unverified industry reports using machine learning technology. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Pros:

The team is so helpful from set-up to making changes to who and how we monitor them. With other systems I have found you take on a tremendous amount of work to set-up the monitoring of your competition, but with the team at Signal Insights you have a turn-key solution provider that sets everything up for you.

Cons:

Nothing at this point. The system has been running for almost a year and we love it.

Pros:

Signal Insights is quick, easy to use, and aggregates new and posts from a variety of sources of my choosing. The platform makes it easy to keep up with my competitors and clients and helps me stay current. I also get some really good marketing and content ideas by having a good idea of what topics are trending.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. I think the product can be similar to other news aggregators - but the depth into socials really sets it apart for me.

The dashboard is super easy to use & understand. It helps to stay up to date with your industry & competitors while keeping everything in one place. I was able to easily add additional team members to our account.

Cons:

The 'Generate Report' information could be improved for sharing with people who aren't as familiar with the platform. Otherwise no complaints. This is a great product.

Pros:

It delivers a daily newsletter with no admin intervention needed. Results are excellent and we find information on competitors and the market, as well as important trends that we watch for like new regulations and major data breaches. We also use it to see what our competitors are doing in social media and in email, which often helps spark our own ideas. [sensitive content hidden] , our rep, is very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

No major cons that I can think of. They're very easy to do business with and product is excellent.

This platform serves as a centralized hub for all our competitive intelligence and industry-related media. It saves valuable time for our sales team, eliminating the need to check multiple channels for news or competitive information. The daily digest ensures the sales team remains updated on industry happenings. Additionally, Marketing utilizes all the sections to identify opportunities and pinpoint gaps.

Not able to add competitors or industry media on-demand.

We were able to find out things about our competition that nobody else knew, and leverage those to empowered our team to adapt their outreach and customer conversations in real-time. The product keeps improving each month as they release more features that makes our team more efficient and able to focus on higher level marketing and customer relationships.

Cons:

Initially, we weren't sure how to fit it into our workflow, but their support team really helped get us on the right track after a slow start.

Pros:

As the leader of our marketing department, using Signal Insights makes getting competitive insight easy on a daily basis. The information is easy to share too. I'm very happy this company and its software made its way into my marketing life!

Cons:

At this point, I'm roughly 60 days into using the software, and I haven't found a weakness or a "I wish they had this feature" item yet.
