"What I liked least about Adobe Acrobat is that it can be quite slow to load large files and often consumes a lot of system resources, which affects performance during multitasking."
"Not everyone uses adobe acrobat, so cross-platform compatibility can be an issue sometimes and even though there is a free version of acrobat, we still see some people have issues completing or signing documents."
"For example, if I want to edit multiple documents via a batch edit, the user interface does not make it obvious or easy to do such a function. Or if I want to rename all documents into a certain order, there is no user-friendly way to do this. While there are forums to help in these matters, finding the answers is difficult and confusting."
