I like attanding programs. For example, inspired by the development programs I attended, I take a step back and pay attention while consuming sugar.

It has many features that I like; but I like the development part the most. It is a nice experience to attend different programs here.It has easy use to use.
Cons:
It would be nice if it provided reminder notifications for health routine checks, for example, drink water, stand up and stretch a little.

It is an ok app.

So so. I don’t think I use the app to its full potential. But it is not easy to use/understand. I like to join group competitions and find them exciting. I don't like most of the awards.

I like the option to plant a tree or do a charity with my points.
Cons:
Most of the ways to use point gives partial discounts after purchase. Most of the services are very niche and not of the interest of general population. Because of that, i chose not to use my points at the end of year.
