"RadixWeb ONprintshop' Support team, whilst generally prompt and extremely helpful, can be quite robotic, stiff and formulaic in their responses (it's always hyper professional though!), and like most NW Indian business culture I've worked with, they'll never tell you when something is / has gone wrong, and will only ever distract and divert one's attention to say that something is fixed once it is."
