Without the need for any downloads, installation, or updating, Rocketreach is simple to quote and easy to deploy—meaning there are no setup costs and your team will be able to start and finish projects more quickly. g

For their browser extension, users only need to add the Rocketreach extension to their browser of choice, and are then enabled to search and lookup contact information across the web, including Google search results and on Linkedin.

An amazing tools for prospecting leads and 100% valid contact information. I highly recommended- To using this tool for networking, sales, and marketing. It assists me in maintaining strong conversion rates in personal sales as a Sales and Business Development Representative.

Cons:

I think - Membership plan fee is higher and monthly free credit is too low than other competitors.

Accurate contact data provider at an affordable cost.

Overall, a very pleasant experience to assist in one's lead generation efforts. Finding contact information through their dashboard and LinkedIn extension is both easy, and effortless, and building a list with scrubbed data is also very easy. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a data tool that is accurate, minimalist, and affordable.

The accuracy. RocketReach is not known for its extensive bells, whistles, and integration features. They pride themselves on providing accurate data for organizations that are tired of dealing with subpar data quality. I like that the platform provides the option to freshly scrub new data from contacts when using the LinkedIn Chrome extension. Some other competitors only give you access to their centralized data repository which is only updated on the data provider's back end. This tool allows you to do a fresh scrub of data from various data points on the web that they scrape from. It's simple, pull up a contact on Linkedin, click "add", and RocketReach scrubs updated data from the web on top of its regularly scheduled data scrubs.

Cons:

It would be nice to see more buyer intent features and more 3rd party integration options which are lacking in comparison to other competitors.

Price was definitely a factor when we went with RR, especially compared to Zoominfo which we used the year prior.

Cons:

Information was not complete and they auto renewed me without any warning and we I canceled the same day they told me to pound sand.

I deeply appreciated the ease of use, plugins for LinkedIn pages, and ability to narrow searches down to my target market so I have all of the necessary prospects I need to be successful.

Cons:

The lack of consistently updated contact information. I find myself spending more time updating bad domains for prospects then I do benefitting from getting their information on the first pass.

Rocket Reach is super user friendly and I love the ability to filter through contacts. It's really helpful to not only find an individual that you are looking for, but also people based on industry. So it actually gives me ideas for new people to reach out to! I honestly couldn't do sales without this tool. I also really love how it links the person's social accounts too so I can cross check that they are still with the company I am looking into. That helps so I don't use a credit unnecessarily. Love Rocket Reach!

Cons:

Sometimes the search can be very finicky. It won't find a company for a tiny tiny misspelling, capitalization or spacing difference. So sometimes I have to try several different similar searches sometimes.

Ease of use & searching by Linkedin URL is Awesome. The internal search function is really good too.

Cons:

I wish it would integrate directly with my CRM (Close.com) & Linkedin Sales Navigator. This would save quite a bit of time when looking up a lot of contacts.

I found Rockereach to be both more cost-effective and importantly more accurate.

I have used both Zoominfo and Upleads to try and find correct emails and more importantly, phone numbers for leads from Linkedin. ZoomInfo is about $30K a year to get the EU data, I am in Australia and the phone data accuracy was zero. Uplead is the worlds best vapourware, it's horrible & expensive.

A LinkedIn Sales Navigator user no more!

Unlike LinkedIn Sales Navigator that requires users to provide contact information (and most do not) Rocket Reach has been an excellent resource for obtaining reliable contact information for sales prospecting. Very good usability and functionality.

Cons:

Probably need more time using, but no cons for now.

Reasons for switching to RocketReach

LinkedIn SN does not provide consistent contact information. It requires used to enter contact information and to allow that information to be seen. It relies on its messenger functionality to make connections but my experience was that not many people actually responded to LI messages.

Dissatisfied

I seem to be in the minority here, but: • The company representatives insist that the database accuracy is 99%; however, emails I sent were 56% successfully delivered, 44% returned. Representatives further claimed that I must have done something wrong; • Pretty sure that I canceled the program within the first week, after which I was invited to speak to a sales rep about special pricing offers. Those offers turned out to be the standard prices already listed on the company's website. Unknown to me, this conference seems to have un-canceled my subscription cancelation, so... • I fell for the oldest trick in the book, and was charged for an additional month for my "monthly subscription," which I didn't realize I was on the hook for. Attempts to have the charge reversed were of course futile; another 194 bucks down the crapper; • Searching for my own name in the RocketReach system, I discovered that my contact information was at least 12 years out of date, despite an alert on the page stating "Updated 4 days ago." Also, the "Skills" section of my profile was a random list of words from an old resumé, such as "arrow," "books," "president," "QuarkXpress," etc. • After contacting support to change that information, my profile was instead deleted, and, of course, I was told that I must have deleted it. So, in ending, for the purpose of transparency, I would recommend that the company change its name to "Officious Gaslighting Fraudsters."
