Zengo is one of the best platforms I have used. Its always fast, there isnt ever any ttansactional issues, and most of all the customer support has has always been very helpful and nice to me!

Cons:

There isnt anything that i dont like honestly.

The software is easy to use & has a simple UI. Anyone can easily set up the software without any prior knowledge. It is secured enough & eliminates the issue of the private keys. It is very useful while traveling globally since it can be accessed from most countries all around the world. Their customer service is mentionable. We can transfer cryptos to different wallet for free.

Cons:

The software is sometimes buggy. It causes issues while making transactions. As a consequence, The amount was kept on hold for a temporary period which is frustrating. It needs to focus more on security & implement more cryptocurrencies in the wallet.
