About CanIPhish

CanIPhish is a phishing simulation and security awareness training platform that helps organizations train employees to detect and report phishing threats. Expected to become the industry standard

Compared to every other vendor we spoke to, working with CanIPhish was a dream. Email responses came as fast as within minutes, rarely taking over a few hours and I was never once bothered or harassed by salespeople pressuring me. The generous demonstration plan is more than enough to get a great feel and understanding of the platform and transitioning into a paid subscription was a breeze.

Pros:

The staff have been extremely responsive to feature requests, our limited issues, and general feedback. The platform is intuitive and allows easy management and review of campaigns. The documentation allowed us to onboard into our complex environment in a matter of hours rather than days, and there have been no technical issues or errors at all.

Cons:

The platform is still quite new and with that there are some very minor issues, that don't really effect usage but would be nice to be fixed. For example, the 'next delivery' countdown may still count down to 0 even if no emails are sent in that specific batch.

KnowBe4's sales pressures and platform felt outdated in comparison to CanIPhish.

Reasons for switching to CanIPhish

The Mimecast tool felt clunky and was not providing a modern or realistic phishing simulation, or leaving our users with a memorable lesson.

Best Phishing/SAT Product on the Market.

Great product backed by a great Team. Extremely well thought out every step is backed by a walkthrough guide which makes the experience incredibly simple.

Awesome product, quick to implement and most importantly backed by an incredible team who respond swiftly. Love the fact that you can customise campaign material, whitelabling and even use a program generator to set-up a professional campaigh program which you can share with your customers!! Best thought out platform we've ever used so good infact we signed up within one day of looking. Great product great team 10/10

Cons:

There aren't any at all..... - Looking forward to additional campaign and training material which is already in development.

Reasons for choosing CanIPhish

Price but most importantly the flexibility - we both feel that whilst CanIPhish is in it's early lifecycle the potential is enormous. Compared to the other products we tested they were rigid and most importantly the team are constantly developing new material so from our perspective it's only going to get better.

Reasons for switching to CanIPhish

The previous product just didn't meet the standards we expect to provide our customers.

Pros:

- managing campaigns is very easy and user friendly - a lot of phishing email templates - possibility of creating customized phishing email templates - you don't have to wait long for a reply from support team - ease of managing subscription

Cons:

- polish automatic translation is often imprecise - training modules lack the possibility of managing the title and description of an "invitation to the training email" - there's little of universal training modules and emails templates - especially targeted for polish market - phishing website templates are also not very diverse - we'd need more pages that don't indicate a specific vendor and some that don't necessarily require entering one's credentials, so for example 404-error page

Pros:

The ease of use has been amazing. They have walkthrough videos covering pretty much everything you need to know during setup.

Cons:

I haven’t really faced any cons yet. I started testing and trying out the service a little while ago.

Excellent phishing simulation and awareness platform

I have done two email phishing campaigns so far, and am very happy about the way I can set up genuine looking emails, send them and tracking the employee engagements.

Excellent dashboard, vast set of features, flexible configurations, availability and tracking of cyber security training and ease of use

Cons:

So far I have not found any cons. I will keep using it and give feedback if I find any usage issues.

Actually I switched from GoPhish, which is not listed above. I switched because of set up issues, lack of features, lack of tech support

You don't need another phishing testing software

This service meets my needs very well. There are some kinks to improve but the overall transparence on price and subscription flexibility are really great.

Pros:

Super easy to use and effective. Importing employees was easy (modulo one bug). Allowing the emails to be received was well explained and easy to follow. Setting up a campaign and tracking the results worked well too.

Cons:

When importing with a csv, some fields were not imported. I did not try any kind of google integration so I can't say about those.

They have a monthly subscription that we can cancel after a month if we want. Good features, transparent pricing, clear support level.

It helps us achieve our Security goals for SOC and other compliances, pretty cheap compared to others as well.

Cons:

They don't offer a phone number for support, only email, but they have always been very responsive when contacted.

CaniPhish for Cyber360

We chose this product after analyzing several platforms of this type. We were convinced by its simple interface, extensive configuration options, ease of preparing phishing campaigns, and customer training. And most of all, we appreciate the quick and professional assistance from support when we need something, as well as their openness to customer suggestions and product development.

Simple interface, easy configuration, a large number of ready-made scenarios, but also easy creation of your own campaigns and training courses. Plus, great service and support.

Cons:

There is no such thing, except perhaps a slightly complicated configuration of a phishing campaign on the client side.

Can I Phish - 5 stars.

Outstanding, they allowed us to PoC in our own time and ask as many questions as we wanted. Once we were onboarded they ensured we were on track and checked in every couple of weeks or so.

Pros:

There are multiple things great about Can I Phish. Firstly, the product is solid, it allows for customisable campaigns to be run or you can select from a massive list of pre-built ones that will do the job too. They are constantly pushing new features without compromising on quality. Secondly, the team. Having personally met most of the team at conferences they are great people, always willing to help with support questions within a few minutes of asking.

Cons:

One thing that could be improved is the browser fingerprinting to better sift through FP's although I believe a product request has already been raised for this.

A Game-Changer in Phishing Awareness Training

overall experience with CanIPhish has been wonderful. Having used and implemented a few different phishing platforms, I can confidently say that this one has been the easiest to use. It’s intuitive, straightforward, and doesn’t require a lot of time to get up and running. I’ve been really impressed with how smoothly everything works.

What I really like about CanIPhish is how seamless it is to use. It’s super easy to navigate, which makes the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I also love the gamification aspect it adds a fun edge to training and keeps things engaging. Another thing that stands out is how you can customize and model the product to fit your organisation’s needs, making it way more relevant and effective. It’s a great mix of being user-friendly while still offering a lot of flexibility.

Cons:

Honestly, I don’t have any major drawbacks to mention. My experience with CanIPhish has been positive overall. The platform is well-designed, easy to use, and delivers on what it promises, so there’s not much I’d change at this point.
