"The detection is quiet and admins are notified accordingly, the software uses very little resources on machines as well as uses few resources on the browser we use within the company (Microsoft Edge)."

"Unfortunately, once we ran into issues, their support essentially threw their hands up and said they can't get this updated or fixed unless it's affecting more customers, and by the end, they essentially just wanted us to leave so they didn't have to deal with our issues anymore."
