- Targeted notifications and processes had to also be done manually. When I started as a customer the interface and bugs with the app were more clunky than they are now and I still thought it was a massive improvement.
- Some of the forms/notification/permission settings have been a bit confusing but other than that not a lot to be dissatisfied with.
- Corfix has enable me to manage multiple sites, there workers and equipment in an efficient software, providing simple company wide communication
- The binders are not user friendly, you cannot drag and drop files in and out of the folders. If this was set up with the same flexibility as the file explorer on your desktop we would use this to store all our safety documents.
