"IDU-Concept automated the complete budgeting and forecasting of our Group of companies and has reduced the time to complete our annual budgets from months to days!"
"Their post-implementation support has been fantastic, our business did not sign a support contract with them, so all our service requests have been ad-hoc , however I have never waited more than 60 mins for a response and every query was resolved adequately and immediately."
"One also needs to invest time in setting up background work such as in designing dashboards, if IDU consultants can be deliberate with making time to drive/assist us as clients into doing this background work so that at all times we get full benefits of the system."
