About Agile Ticketing
Agile Ticketing is a cloud-based event ticketing solution. It caters to performing arts, film festivals, music festivals, cinema and art houses, universities and colleges, garden, tour operators and regional ticketing providers.
Key features of the product include membership management, event ticketing and marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), gift and loyalty card management. The system also provides integrated Facebook ticketing features, gate control and access management options and concessions and merchandise processing tools. The tool’s reporting and accounting services help in real-time accounting and auto-syndicate reporting.
Agile Ticketing also features concession and merchandise management, which allows users to manage point-of-sale for gifts and other merchandise using touch-screen enabled POS app.
Agile Ticketing integrates with third-party solutions such as Rentrak and Facebook. The solution performs marketing and ticketing functions for film festivals, art houses, call center order entries, online and kiosk sales and box offices. The vendor provides email and phone support to the customers.

We were able to improve the patron experience in ticket purchase and use; as well as easily train our box office team to use the product. This product also delivered significant improvements in reporting - ticketing information, sales/finance reconciliation, etc.; and so much more.

At first, I was a little intimidated by the program (three years ago) but now I'm super comfortable using it and it's a treat compared to other ticketing programs I've used for other Film Festivals. Maybe it's because I've had more training with Agile than any other ticketing program... Also, I could not do it without the help of the Agile team. I'm a very visual or active learner so I need someone there to help me through the steps to really absorb the process, which the team is really good about doing.
