Their support at each step has been exceptional, especially with [sensitive content hidden], who connects with us periodically to ensure we can fully utilize the application. Additionally, we can use the application for running free events and it also supports a quiz portal.

Cons:

the quiz portal would occasionally hang when the number of users increased, they have fixed that issue.

KonfHub: One stop solution for your event.

KonfHub is a truly worthwhile platform. I have utilized it multiple times for event hosting and have found it to be highly effective. The platform enables me to effortlessly manage attendees and authenticate them during the registration process. It also simplifies tracking payments from attendees for an event. Additionally, I have leveraged the quiz competition feature, which is absolutely fantastic - the attendees thoroughly enjoyed it too!

Pros:

KonfHub has caught my attention with its numerous features, including: 1. Event hosting capabilities 2. A simple and quick registration process 3. A secure payment gateway 4. Generation of unique barcodes for each attendee ticket 5. Easy attendee management 6. Quick scanning of attendee tickets for authentication, saving a significant amount of time 7. A unique feature that allows for the conduct of quiz competitions during events, which can be easily managed by organizers without prior knowledge. This feature also allows for automation with buffer time and a live leaderboard, which is truly impressive.

Cons:

There are few points where KonfHub needs to make changes: 1) When participating in a quiz, if my internet connection is disrupted and a question remains on the screen, refreshing the page should still display the current question along with its options, even if only a few seconds (e.g., 4-5 seconds) are left to answer. Currently, refreshing the page skips the question and moves on to the next one. I suggest keeping the timer running, but still showing the question and options, allowing me to attempt an answer within the remaining time.

Reasons for switching to KonfHub

Eventbrite has less features than KonfHub like smooth ticketing and quiz hosting. Overall I found KonfHub is better than Eventbrite so I switch KonfHub

Reliable platform with great potential

Describe your overall experience: Overall, a solid experience for our Masala Coffee event. The ticketing worked well, though the backend reporting tools could use a bit more polish for larger events.

The interface is clean and easy to use for both us (the organizers) and the attendees booking tickets. The automated email confirmations and reminders were a great feature that saved us time.

Cons:

We faced a few minor glitches when trying to export the attendee data in a specific format. Also, the mobile view for the organizer dashboard could be more responsive.

Pros:

It provides an effective way to provide registration support for any kind of events along with efficient payment interface which most of the other competitors doesn't provide. Apart from that it gives developers the support to directly embedd the registration using the custom registration button provided by konfhub.

Cons:

The UI of konfhub could be still more br pretty which would make the event registration even more eye catching. Also the window which shows registration of sub events for a main event is not responsive enough for phone screen
