AidaForm is a cloud-based survey solution that enables businesses to create online forms, collect customer feedback using templates and evaluate clients’ responses. Professionals can export survey results in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data and add custom themes, visuals or brand-specific details in forms.

Businesses can use AidaForm's drag-and-drop functionality to add multiple-choice or drop-down questions in customer satisfaction surveys, job applications and registration/contact forms. Its captcha functionality helps users identify authentic responses, minimizing the number of spam notifications. An excellent tool for creating online forms!

I am using AidaForms for a parallel project and everything works as expected. What is significant is that it is possible to link the Forms to a wordpress blog.

Pros:

What I like with AidaForm Online Form Creator: it's the ease with which it is possible to create and share forms, as well as to collect responses. AidaForm has several Sample Templates depending on your business and the collection of results is very detailed. The customization of the questionnaires is sufficiently complete for my taste. You just have to drag and drop elements and design into the main window which serves as a draft and then you can preview your form to check if it suits you.

Cons:

Personally, I have nothing to reproach AidaForms for now ... You can create and share your forum forms in a pleasant way and then collect answers. There may be the indicators part which could be improved because it seems to me that it is not possible to know where the people who answered our forms come from ...

Reasons for choosing AidaForm

I was entitled to a very interesting offer and that is why I chose AidaForms rather than another platform and as I am very satisfied, I didn't try to change.

Easy to build, Easy to deploy

The fastest way to build good looking forms with personality, I like the visual style of aidaform. I wish the video survey responses was a lot easier to use.

Pros:

They’re easy to setup both one-page and multi-page forms. The settings for each question are easy to find and edit, and the forms have good visual design.

Cons:

The video reply feature needs a lot of work to make it smooth and easy to use. Also the audio response feature needs work. VideoAsk is a good app you can look at for ideas.

Awesome design scarred by lack of features

Overall, the experience was mediocre. The support / founder response merely mentioned they were upcoming features, and no timeline was given. All in all, it's a VERY PROMISING software, and if function is up to par, ild certainly love to jump back in.

Pros:

The design and ease of use was what attracted us. It's certainly one of the better looking form softwares that we've used.

Cons:

There were many features or lack of basic functionality once we started setting up the software. From the lack of flexibility to send emails to dynamic email fields (typeform, cognito, formstack, jotform all count it as base functions). There was also a lack of flexibility in many of the fields. You would think those would be a natural progression, but there hasn't been much ability for us to create the forms we require.

Price and Design. The initial deal through AppSumo opened us up to testing AIDA form. But after 3 weeks, we submitted a refund.

AidaForms is a solid form creation tool: simple, clean, reliable.

I have been using AidaForms for several years now and it has never failed me - I continue to use it with confidence for all my client website forms from basic "contact" to more involved event intake forms.

Pros:

The easability and speed at which I can create a form for my website. The forms are reliable and data collection/export from the system does what my clients' websites needs.

Cons:

Lack of custom design controls: color choices in particular. It only offers preset them options. I'd like to have better control of the theme choices to match client branding.

Super easy to use interface. Easy to get started. Have used the tool for quick feedback tasks and more regular form capture.

Cons:

It's an accessible tool but sometimes the default is to a Google form as this isn't part of a productivity suite

I’ve never had a bad experience with AidaForm in all my years of using it, and I keep coming back to it. The margins and design aren’t easy for me to adjust, but overall I love it.

It's easy to use. Everything is drag and drop. I use it for my audience can pay me a service fee and the membership fee.

Cons:

The design options feel limited for me. They may have some options, but it’s not easy for me to edit the design using code.

Hit-and-run form builder!

This form builder allows me to add forms quickly and easily to my one-pagers and blogs, saving me quite some time. As far as I can tell, it's been a perfectly reliable product.

It's very simple to use and rock solid. It has all the features we ever needed, and it's reliable. I can't recall a single problem in over 4 years.

Cons:

The conditional logic is not intuitive, every time it takes me a little while to remember how to configure it.

It looks good and is robust. Over time I’ve come back to it so many times with ai and vibe coding it is very good for integrations as a front end form
