Typebot keeps getting better and better

There's lots to love about Typebot. The mark of excellent software is how it continues to evolve and get better over time. The [sensitive content hidden] has a proven track record of shipping new features and it shows in Typebot.

Pros:

The [sensitive content hidden] has an eye for design, delightful chatbot experiences, and it shines in Typebot. This is going to sound weird, but Typebot just feels right from both the builder and user points of view. Clean, crisp, and smooth. The other thing I love about Typebot is that you can connect to virtually any software with an API connection, which can help create unique chatbot experiences.

Cons:

It's possible to share chatbots by importing files into your account and it would be nice to have community built templates integrated in the software to make this even better. This is currently on the roadmap.

Herramienta muy útil

Mi experiencia con Typebot es buena en general. El flujo de chat que mas utilizo y he integrado a al perfección es el contacto con candidatos que desean acceder a la empresa. Con Typebot recogo los datos necesarios como el email y teléfono de contacto.

Pros:

En estas nuevas generaciones, integrar un chat como Typebot puede sacarnos de muchos apuros y optimizar los tiempos de trabajo para recoger datos de empleados, candidatos a empleados, etc.Typebot es una herramienta que permite configurar flujos de chat según deseemos. La integración es modo gráfico y bastante visual, pero para ciertas funciones necesitaras dedicar tiempo a la aplicación o encontrar guías. Permite hacer muchas cosas como editar los estilos con CSS, conectar el chat con Wordpress y otros gestores de contenido, APIs, Shopify...

Cons:

Lo que menos me ha gustado de la aplicación ha sido echar en falta alguna guía más detallada de el funcionamiento. En mi caso algunas funciones las he tenido que desarrollar con línea de comandos.

Beautiful chat bots made easy

Pros:

With Typebot I can quickly and easily create simple as well as rich chatbots and integrate them into my website. Various content types are available, such as requesting the user's personal data (email, name, etc.), GIFs, or even processing payments. The platform seems very stable and offers quite a bit of customization (colors, fonts, writing indicator speed).

Cons:

I would like to see more integrations to integrate with the chatbot, such as a file upload or a date field. I also find the documentation a bit short in some places and would like to see more details here so that users with less experience can follow along. The support is good when you get an answer. Unfortunately, two of my total of three inquiries already went unanswered, which I find a pity.

A los 5 minutos de darte de alta ya puedes tener tu bot funcionando gracias a las plantillas que trae.He usado muchas herramientas para hacer Bots pero ninguna tan sencilla, fácil y potente como Typebot.Además tiene una versión gratuita muy generosa.

Cons:

Me encantaría que el interfaz estuviera en Español. Pero es algo habitual que en las herramientas de marketing solo esté en inglés.

Lo que más que gusta de Typebot es que es una herramienta que ofrece muchas opciones de configuración para adaptarla a las necesidades de la web en la que quieres integrar el bot. Tiene una documentación muy extensa y bastante elaborada donde puedes encontrar multitud de ejemplos y ayuda.

Cons:

Me gustaría que se integrara con otras herramientas como whatsapp.

Customer support is more customizable with Typebot

It's really great to have customers engaged with my business. It is really great to make the customers feel important with just an extensively customized & personalized chat URL. For the Typebot, My customers always have the feeling that I am treating them individually with care.

Pros:

There are many features that I like more in Typebot. But the most loveable thing about this software to me is its personalized URL and customizable chat feature. I also love to add GIFs, emojis, and videos to the chat which is also included in Typebot.

Cons:

Typebot should have more functionality in the logic view.
