By far my favorite form builder

Youform is by far my favorite form builder. It's one of those rare products that just works exactly how you want it to. Customer support is incredibly responsive. Anytime I have a question that can't be answered by their support documentation, I'm able to speak directly with their team. They've resolved every issue I've ever had. Top notch product and top notch team.

Cons:

The ability to completely customize design is a trade-off. I love the simplicity but sometimes, I want to make minor design tweaks that aren't currently possible. Not a huge problem, but would be a nice to have!

Reasons for switching to Youform

The user experience for the person filling out the form was poor, or the product was way too expensive.

Great alternative to Typeform - way more value for the money!

Fantastic! Simple to use, but can still be quite powerful with conditional logic and redirects, allowing you do do some decently complex form building.

Pros:

Simple but still powerful form tool, with a clean UI. It's basically the same as typeform but at a fraction of the cost. We're on a paid plan, and it's been a game changer for our business. The youform team is also super responsive.

Cons:

Honestly, I don't really have any cons....I'd love a couple features to be added, like being able to copy questions over to other forms, or maybe a bit more flexibility in some UI components, but I really enjoy this product!

Reasons for choosing Youform

We evaluated Typeform and Tally Form, and they were SO outrageously priced for our business model. Charging per submission is lunacy. Youform was a fantastic and FREE alternative, and we ended up on the paid plan anyway because it was just reasonable and made sense.

Fabulous Customer Support

Because of the logic in my typeform, the automatic converter didn't work. However the team reached out a couple hours later (without prompting) that they issued a fix. Rarely seen such rapid customer support for bugs / features, especially for a free user.

In the time I interacted with Youform, couldn't find any negative experience to share. The platform has limits on the free tier, but that was to be expected.

Really good customer support. Easy to setup and use. Good free plan. Cheaper to scale than most competitors.

Cons:

Certain features still in development. Most people have not heard about it, so could do with a bigger online presence.

Easy switch from Typeform (interfaces are similar) and way cheaper for my needs. All worked smoothly and handled our 3000 people survey easily. Results are nicely displayed and I was able to dump the answer download CSV into ChatGPT for deeper analysis. Great piece of software.

Cons:

Don't really have anything neg to say here. Even Support from the [sensitive content hidden] was swift and helpful. Very happy.

Switched From Typeform, Never Going Back

Moved over from Typeform and saved $24,000 / year WITHOUT dropping performance. Team was amazing at adding features quickly and helping us scale up our efforts. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Cons:

The product doesn't yet have all of the same features that you'll see in a form tool that has been around for a long time. BUT Man, these guys are turning out features quickly and efficiently. If they don't already have what you need, the probably will soon.

The perfect form builder

I use Youform for my own forms and for my clients. It's reliable, simple, and the free version is incredibly generous. Highly recommended

Excellent features even on the free plan. Clean interface and very intuitive to use for both myself and my clients

Cons:

The customization options are great, but I would love to see even more custom block field types available to add to my forms in the future !!

I really appreciate [sensitive content hidden] for solving the previous technical problems with translation. It means that customer support is important.

The convenience of use: variation of designs, the platform itself. Opportunities to be creative and do valuable research.

Cons:

Maybe the logic concept is too much overload, but it is working well. Another issue was setting the languages. It is also inconvenient to change the manual translation every time on excel sheet when it is needing changes in original quiz.

Simplest form builder on the internet

It's just top-notch. Loved the clean web application and how simple it's to get things started. Loved it!

Pros:

This is best form builder on the internet. It's so easy to use and they have a very generous free plan. I just love the product on the whole.

Cons:

They don't support other payment gateways except for Stripe. And the price jump from free to $29 might be a bit high.
