Govly is Heavenly

Govly allows me to be efficient with alerts and color coding with RFQ's that are due. I can change and update RFQ status.

Cons:

The Worklist Tab could use a RFQ search box for updates and/or submissions.

Govly is the best!

I would highly recommend them for anyone utilizing bid boards on a daily basis.

Pros:

My job consists of reviewing multiple Contract bid boards searching for RFQs to assign to my Sales Team. Govly allows me to access multiple Contract RFQs from one place and is very good at providing updates for these RFQs.

Cons:

Could use a more robust to use search bar feature.

Reasons for switching to Govly

Contraqer was outdated and could no longer provide what we needed moving forward.

Govly resolves reviewing and managing oppurtunites in a timely manner.

Pros:

Govly has made viewing opputunities simple and efficient. Searching through RFQ's and RFI's using specified sorting methods and color coded views just makes it the easiest source to use. Its Awesome!

Cons:

not a downer but adding a search bar in the worklist would be a cherry on top of a great tool.

contraqer is an outdated tool. govly is more cost efficient and simpler to use.

Secure and easy to use

I am able to see opportunities my team needs to include me in. I am able to tag others in the opportunity that I need to have involved. I am able to let others on my team know if I will be responding to the request or need assistance. I can loop in a small business partner when needed.

The user interface, the different areas to narrow down what's in your responsibility

Cons:

The search function can be a little bit tricky to get it set up but once it is its smooth sailings.
