If I ever need assistance with a task, a customer service representative is always there to resolve my issue quickly. If I need to provide more details, I like to create a case on the platform, and it is always resolved quickly as well. - TriNet also has a wonderful virtual community named The Wing, and we all connect and learn from each other in that community while completing challenges and earning points for rewards which makes the experience even greater! ### Most mentioned cons - Abrupt System Logouts & Technical Glitches: Some reviewers mention minor technical frustrations, such as frequent automatic logouts for security or temporary glitches during peak benefits enrollment periods. - Sometimes we have an issue with getting complete answers to complex questions submitted by employees and administrators - this usually only applies to questions that require more nuance in thinking through the issue or question at hand and how it should be correctly and completely addressed. - Our company is on a PEO model. I can easily find information about my insurance or whatever else I need. #### Pros I like that TriNet PEO notifies me when I get paid and makes it easy to find my insurance information and other things I need. The interface is easy to use and navigate, and I can usually find what I need without reaching out to someone. The dashboard is easy to follow, with the information I need right there when I open it. I also like the inbox and notifications for things I need to get done, having benefits in its own section, the training perks and discounts, and being able to see my organization chart. Setup was easy and fast; I finished in less than 30 minutes with no issues. It gives me a very precise breakdown of my pay, and I can locate each month and each payment. The dashboards are very easy to follow, and calculating 401(k) contributions is useful. Setup was smooth and not hard at all. When I had trouble finding my previous year’s insurance plan, TriNet support picked up right away and helped me quickly. I got what I needed and spoke with someone helpful. #### Cons I sometimes find things harder to locate.
