- Easy to use for admin and user side.
- I had an immediate payroll issue and they refused to get on phone with me, they said it is their policy that you have to schedule a call and they had no availability for over a week but issue needed to be resolved in 48 hours or less.
- Some people also find it hard to find the mood monitor (but this has been improved and I really like the recent-ish change showing all available actions when tapping on the large coin).
- Sometimes it doesn't sync my cycling correctly, and it used to be difficult to get it to sync to my fitbit on an android.
