If you aren't using Cash Flow Portal, you should be.

From the beginning when CFP did not have all the features of their competitors, their customer service set them apart. Now that they have caught up and even passed most of their competitors, the experience just keeps getting better. The team is always improving and adding new features. I'm excited about the future.

Pros:

When using Cash Flow Portal I rarely need to call support, but when I do, their customer support team is over the top. They are responsive and very helpful.

Cons:

Some minor layout issues are probably just personal quirks of mine. For example, when typing in the search bar, you get real-time results which is great, but there is no easy way to clear the search bar. You have to use the keyboard to delete your search.

Best syndication and equity raising platform!

Life saver and best in class syndication solution on the market, this makes the equity raising and management process much end to end and easier! The price is also super reasonable and flexibility thanks to the dynamic pricing policy!

Pros:

Best syndication and equity raising platform I have ever used! Game changer that saved 90% my time on paperwork!I have used the platform as both investor and syndicator, it is super easy to use and feature-rich for both parties. In particular I love the "on-platform questionnaire and document signing", this makes investor experience so much smoother! Finally, a platform that is built by someone who knows the true needs of syndicators and investors! The customer support/service is also at a different level, they will create a WhatsApp support group and the customer support there is always super responsive and getting things solved! There was a couple of times that I reported a bug and it got resolved by the engineering team in a couple of hours! Highly recommend for syndicators who want to scale your business and significantly accelerate the equity raising process!

Cons:

There are still some features that are missing, e.g. email campaigns etc.. But the team is moving so fast and I am confident to see these features being integrated in the near future!

CFP continues to improve!

Basically the CFP team is committed to keep improving any bugs per your request and they make these updates within hours.

Felt it was very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons:

Not sure if you made the update, but when you are viewing a clients account and you hit the back button it takes you back to the home page.

Increased My Deal Flow By Connecting Me With New Sponsors

I recently liquidated my holdings as a GP and am reinvesting proceeds as an LP. I'm a huge fan of Cash Flow Portal because it provides me with exposure to more investment opportunities outside, especially in locations where I wasn't previously able to get exposure. I've also been really impressed by how responsive the team is when I have questions. And I enjoy watching the general partners they feature on their youtube channel ([SENSITIVE CONTENT]) since this helps me understand them better before we meet.

I am a limited partner and particularly like the sponsor marketplace at [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. This allows me to: - Meet new general partners in which I can invest - Diversify across project types and regions - Increase deal flow so I can select from more opportunities

Cons:

I would love if they allowed accredited investors to see deals directly on a dashboard. This would reduce overhead in finding deals that meet my investment criteria.

Cash Flow Portal makes it easy to access deals to invest in that I otherwise wouldn't have access. The UI is intuitive and incredibly responsive, and it's super straightforward to navigate. The information and documentation collection mechanisms are far beyond what I've used when investing in other syndicated deals as well.

Cons:

I would love integrated ACH transfers and a more standardized way of evaluating deals on the Marketplace (different sponsors provide different levels of information, would like some sort of minimum standard enforced)

It's easy, effective, and priced extremely well. CF Portal provides just enough functionality to help me streamline my fundraise and subscription process.

Cons:

It's still developing and in the very early days of its life. Although a great start, CF Portal has some growing to do to become competitive with the alpha products in the market (AppFolio, Juniper Square, Groundbreaker, etc.).

I participated in a deal as a passive investor through Cash Flow Portal. It's been super easy to sign docs, get K-1s, and monitor distributions using CFP. I wouldn't want to do another deal without it!

Cons:

Can't think of anything. Love that new features are constantly being added.
