"This slows down workflow and makes daily tasks unnecessarily frustrating. While I understand that NetDocuments is cloud-based, so are Outlook 365 and Adobe Acrobat, both of which provide fast, seamless previews. If those services can optimize their systems for speed, NetDocuments should be able to do the same."
