"Easy to use and free program for hosting. If we grow our podcast to the point where we can pay a monthly subscription I'll be checking back in on them"

"We're never notified of charges annually, when we couldn't access our account to close it we couldn't cancel it easily, then once we accessed it the process for cancellation was INCREDIBLY and intentionally convoluted, and then no refund was issued despite 5 emails sent to follow it up when we were advised this would be resolved."
