"I have only ever has two issues: the first was with teacher on-boarding and the response I received to that question was one of the rudest responses I have ever had (my solution/workaround is to pay two of my teachers to train new tutors on my dime) and the second, with needing support for a teacher account. If this company had a robust support system and team, they would be a 10-star company."
"From the document perspective, if a student is doing a writing project, the limitations of Lessonspace are clear--the document has no 'back/undo' button for changing your mind, no Track Changes to see how a piece has grown, and no Word Count feature, which is often something we need to track for outside expectations."
