"Workwise has been greatly improving documentation, training and help resources for users."
Cons
"It is not as intuitive as I expected, however, our company attempted to do the installation without formal WorkWise training and I don't recommend that. If I had to do it over, I would have scheduled a more formalized training and installation process."
"I have found the forms designer and the SSRS report writers difficult to use without extra training."
