    We were looking for a platform that would allow us to analyze workloads, predict behaviors, and capture insights about resource usage, cloud costs, application reliability, etc. Thanks to emma’s powerful AI-driven analytics capabilities, we can now do all this and more. Plus, all the insights we need are available through a user-friendly dashboard which simplifies analysis and decision-making for both execution and management teams.
    Cons:
    Although emma is a no-code platform, we had some issues during configuration and implementation.

    The standout feature for us is emma's agility and scalability. As our business expands, we often face unpredictable workloads and demands. emma's ability to dynamically scale our cloud resources to match our evolving requirements has been a game-changer. It enables us to respond rapidly to shifts in customer needs and market demands. emma's hybrid approach, allows us to leverage public cloud resources for flexible workloads while keeping sensitive data and critical applications on-premises.
    Cons:
    Actually, nothing. The product corresponded totally to our needs and expectations. If I needed to say something, the cost of implementation was higher than expected, but the ROI made it worth every penny.

    Cons:
    •We have a few customers using Oracle, which emma doesn’t currently support. However, we understand that work is in progress. We’ll see.•API calls are somewhat expensive.

    As the company [sensitive content hidden], one of my responsibilities is to ensure that our tech investments are both useful and cost-effective. In the year since we have adopted emma, we have cut our cluster costs by around 70% while improving the reliability of our multi-cloud environment. Plus, emma gives us lots of real-time recommendations and AI-powered insights that have helped us to optimize resource usage, reduce cloud sprawl, and further cut cloud costs.
    Cons:
    We have occasionally received false alarms from emma, which we have to investigate manually. This can be a time-consuming and sometimes wasteful effort for our busy teams.
