About We-Connect

We-Connect is a cloud-based lead generation platform designed to help businesses manage sequence campaigns and source prospects from LinkedIn. Professionals can configure and design the steps of campaigns and build separate sequences for group members, first connections and more.

Organizations can use We-Connect to send free InMails or messages to members with open profiles, improving overall response rates. Managers can handle multiple campaigns on a unified dashboard and secure confidential data using single sign-on (SSO) capabilities. Additionally, it lets users blacklist specific contacts, track the status of outreach, generate reports and configure access permissions for team members.

We-Connect comes with an API, which enables businesses to integrate the platform with various third-party applications including Zapier. Pricing is available on monthly or annual subscriptions and support is extended via live chat, FAQs, knowledge base and other online measures.

Unhelpful Customer Support | Product Is So-So

We-Connect helped me connect with prospects and my ideal targets, however, there are better tools out there with better support and product. I'm even willing to pay more!

There seems to be some good features. The ability to run multiple campaigns at once.

Cons:

When I import saved searched from LI Sales Navigator to We-Connect, the number of contacts imported is significantly lower. I am unable to get a good explanation for this from customer support. The customer support is helpless. They don't answer questions or resolve issues. For example, I told them I already cleared my browser, cache and restarted my computer. What did the support rep tell me to do? Exactly what I just told him I did. It's like they are robots. There is no technical support and they don't give refunds either. It's hard to support startups like this. Get rid of the stock photos of your team too. I'm sure everyone that works there isn't GQ men!

It was easy to search for a group of people I'd like to build a campaign with. The sequenced messages after connection are similarly easy to set up.

Cons:

I can not alternate between campaigns of connect, endorse, message. One has to complete a sequence first. It's a minor drawback

Fraudulent Behavior: Changed Account / Yet still keep on charging, no responses from customer suppor

The company is exploiting the subscription; they remove my login/account and I can no longer access the service, therefore I cannot cancel my subscription. They keep on charging me and don't respond to my email.

We-Connect was easy to setup; I had reviewed this after looking into several software providers in the field.

Cons:

There was some kind of migration to a "version 2.0". However, I lost my account and can no longer log in. The customer support is unresponsive yet they still charge me 100 USD each month; I reach out to them every month and ask them to terminate my account. There is no customer support email; only this Intercom chat box which doesn't help. Its a trick.

Works well, good outreach tool

Excellent, well worth the investment I was able to reach very targeted people to link in with them, then able to automatically set up a follow-up email once they accepted my linkedin request. It allows me to reach out to 100X more people then I would be able to do on my own.
