Pros:

I love that this software has allowed me to run my website with both retail and wholesale buyers in mind! It has really simplified the whole process and allowed me to address all of the common wholesale needs like: min purchase order (for each product), wholesale price, limmiting the entire item to wholesale only, etc.

Cons:

It does have a bit of a learning curve with it, but once you figure it all out its really simple. It maybe because I am a business owner first and taught myself how to run and develop my website second. But it is simple and easy to use once you have figured out where all of the new features are.

If you are looking for a system in your WordPress website to cater for wholesale clients then this should be your go to plugin. There are many options in the suite to accommodate for all the things you need. As well as give you more options for those things that you might not have thought of, but are useful to the benefit of your business.

Pros:

The software is simple and straightforward to install. There are many options in the package so you are sure to get it working as you need it to. Making this integrated into the standard WooCommerce backend makes the software familiar before you start using it. And the customer service is great. If there are any question on how things work and how to use them in your store.

Cons:

The only thing that comes to mind is perhaps having some video demos so that we can figure out what the options do in the system.

Reasons for choosing Wholesale Suite

The business needed to create a pathway for wholesale customers to purchase products on the website. This needed to be a separate entity from the regular retail customers. As such the plugins fulfil this role as the best option that we found on the market. The backend options for set up and configuration are what we need to implement the system for end users on the front end. What was truly great was the support we received. It was quick and informative. They really cared to make sure that we had things working as we wanted.

We had a completely separate site because years earlier we could not find something that does everything that Wholesale Suite does. We are excited to finally combine everything to one site.

Cons:

There are some conflicts happening with the best phone order plugin on the market that can't seem to be fixed. It is disappointing as we aren't switching phone order plugins. However, support has been great, found another plugin causing TONS of issues on our site that we are getting rid of finally.

Perfect Suite to Make Your WooCommerce Site Support Wholesale

The client I was working for needed an integrated solution to bring their wholesale orders into their existing WooCommerce website. It handles multiple dealer levels, with flexible parameters, a dealer order form, and even an in-house marketing account for sending free promotional products. I plan on using it for another client who needs to support wholesale soon, and a few more down the road.

Pros:

This was the easiest and most complete software to implement a true wholesale shopping environment in the existing WooCommerce system. Each aspect of the Wholesale experience is addressed within the 3 parts of the Suite.

Cons:

There were a few things I couldn't figure out myself, but everything was resolved easily by contacting support. Because the suite has so many useful features, it is possible to get lost in the setup.
