We have many clients, KL allows us to keep up with each client's information on an individual basis, allows us to maintain the most up to date information, and allows us to care for our clients needs.

There is no report to pull up of when that dog was in attendance. If a customer books varied day care dates, there is no way to print out or email them the list of dates reserved.

There have been a few bumps in the road but the technical support team has ALWAYS been very responsive and helpful.

As a young user( more than 9months) of runloyal,I do not yet encountered any difficult or flaws.
