"I do not like that when a pet sitter approves services that it is not sent to me in an email or an easier way to see that it has been handled. When it is pending there are gold squares on the calendar. But once approved by a pet sitter, I have to look at all the ones that I approved and it takes a lot to see other approvals. "
"Billing ahead can be a bit difficult and the full calendar view with all employees is tough to get used to when compared to what I had before."
