About Swift Polling

Swift Polling is a cloud-based polling solution, which enables businesses to interact with audiences via live chat, world clouds, Q&As, SMS or web-based polls, surveys, quizzes, comments and gamification elements. Administrators can customize the virtual event interface by adding corporate logos.

Key features of Swift Polling include multiple question types, data visualization, online group chat and single sign-on (SSO). It includes built-in profanity filters and moderation tools, which enables businesses to launch, moderate, manage and analyze Q&A sessions. Additionally, enterprises can create customizable virtual events, quizzes and polls and collect responses via text messages, voice calls or social media platforms.

Swift Polling is available for free and on monthly or annual subscriptions. Support is extended via FAQs, email, knowledge base and live chat.

Very helpful!

I've only had positive experiences with Swift polling. When I had a few questions about my account, customer service was so responsive and willing to help. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to conduct a poll.

Interactive polling made easy

I’m very satisfied with Swift Polling. The service has been a key part to add interactivity to my client’s live streaming events.

Pros:

I tested a couple of alternatives to integrate a live polling feature during live streaming events. Swift Polling is easy to use and offers several visualizations for data. The audience can interact live, giving their responses on a browser or text message. I can display the real-time results on the live stream and project them for the searing audience at the event. Word cloud is probably one of my favorite data visualizations. The interface is very clean and easy to navigate. I can also work on multiple projects in advance and Steve them for when my event is going live. Swift is also very affordable with multiple subscription options.

Cons:

The service has a lot of the basic tools I need for my use. I wish they would integrate more visualizations and allow users to customize the look to match a presentation or the corporate image with the option to add a logo or branding.

Glitches during live conference

We had hoped to capture the excitement of the room but instead created an odd lag without any results displaying. We were sadly disappointed.

We love the text to vote option. We like the easy setup and simple creation of polls.

Cons:

Unfortunately, during the live plenary, the software glitched and wouldn't display any results. While we intended to have multiple polls over multiple talks, we decided to scrap it in the end because the product wasn't working. During tests it ran fine.

Great way to engage our audience in a live event.

Pros:

We use Swift Polling for our annual "Dancing with the Docs" event. In this Dancing with the Stars-style fundraiser, local doctor and dance pro teams perform, and the audience can vote for their favorites from home. This polling platform made it easy to share this feature, and the results were fast & in real time.

Cons:

I'm not sure if this exists, but if not, and optional donation button would be a nice extra for nonprofits like ours.

Great Polling Service

Great customer service, great price, great product. We used it for our annual research competition where the audience gets to vote for their favorite research team. Very happy about this product.

Cons:

Wish it had more styles to offer. Having a good background style will elevate the apps presentation.

I like that it is very easy to use and you have some control over the outcome and viewing of the voting/response.

Cons:

I wish I could have more control over the screen that is projecting the results live. I projected the results onto a large screen in an expo center and I have to do some manipulating with the zoom of the screen to achieve a tailored look at that was not too small for my viewers to see.

Pros:

Really enjoy the user interface. As simple as that may sound it's just easy to use.

Cons:

Less on the software but more on the purchase experience. We realized that we needed the next tier of user packages, to accommodate the amount of responses we'd receive. There had to be a back-around, customer-service manner to get us into the next tier - while reimbursing the previous. I think it'd be helpful once you purchase a tier package to then advertise for "add-on" payments for additional response capacity

Integrating the software to fit my needs was a huge pro The UI was easy enough for colleagues to learn

The design of the actual pages could use to be a little prettier! Cosmetics were my only critique

Easy to set up Swift Polling directly if you're not trying to integrate with PowerPoint

Cons:

Does not easily work with PowerPoint. Depending on your setup (wide-screen vs. standard), it's a bit clunky.
