IT'S A MUST HAVE FOR EVERY MODERN BUSINESS

Most precious benefit is time saving and flexibility. If I need to modify something in my catalogue, with a few clicks I have everyhing updated, pricelists, website, specsheet, offers.. One data source for everyhing means less mistakes, better efficiency and, why not, thanks to all possible personalizations, an outstanding look on all my documentation

All starts from an exhisting database, then the sky is the limit: everything can be done with this tool, but the most usueful thing is the automatic generation of price-lists and complex specsheet which in the traditional way would require 10 times more efforts. I added as plug-in, also a system which creates offers, fully customized on my needs. One of the most incredible things about Onpage, is that there are no compromises on fixed templates or other restrictions: I decide what I need and On Page does it

Onpage:yes or not? Take your time to decide but it is faster than you!

In these about 7 years that i use Onpage, i have see that is more simple and fast to do a price-list, the comunication with the operator that impaginate is easy. I can change the data everytime and this reduces the amount of possible errors. In the last years i got an improvement in the software which makes my job faster.

Onpage is a simple software to use that give the possibility to automatically impaginate all data that can be included in a price-list. For a company like us that manage 6 languages in one price list, it easy to do thanks to a dictionary of all the words and thanks to the possibility to extract all in a one file Excel.

Cons:

If there are more articles in one topic, the software is "slow" because there are many informations but this decelerate the layout phase. There are also some data or pictures that don't appear in the print preview. I also think that the picture of the product must have a fix dimension to upload or a way of automatically adapting

La chiarezza del layout e la possibilità di generare agilmente liste excel

Cons:

Avrei bisogno di fare ricerche per raggiungere più di un risultato (scrivendo dalla barra di ricerca), per referenze che non hanno punti in comune richiamabili da filtri. Dovrebbe quindi essere data la possibilità all'utente di poter cercare più codici allo stesso tempo via digitazione, e non solo via filtri. Servirebbe settare un carattere speciale come distanziatore tra un codice e l'altro (pipe | ?)

On Page: un PIM che fa la differenza

La mia esperienza con On Page nasce dall’esigenza di centralizzare i dati e garantire che tutte le informazioni in uscita — app di configurazione, listini, brochure e dépliant — siano sempre aggiornate. Nonostante la complessità dei nostri prodotti, il sistema gestisce un’enorme quantità di informazioni mantenendo una navigazione intuitiva anche per chi non lo usa quotidianamente. Come PIM si è dimostrato uno strumento strategico per organizzare in modo coerente dati tecnici e commerciali, offrendo una vera “fonte unica di verità” e riducendo errori e duplicazioni. La sua flessibilità nel modellare dati complessi e relazioni tra prodotti è un grande vantaggio per chi gestisce varianti e cataloghi articolati. Ottima anche l’integrazione con i nostri strumenti aziendali: il gestionale importa grandi volumi di dati e On Page li trasforma rapidamente in schede strutturate, creando automaticamente voci, relazioni e contenuti collegati. Questo accelera gli aggiornamenti e garantisce coerenza su tutti i canali. Un ulteriore punto di forza sono i Robot, automatismi in JavaScript che compilano campi, generano valori e attivano processi ogni volta che un dato viene creato o aggiornato, riducendo il lavoro manuale e aumentando velocità e precisione. Infine, On Page permette di creare documentazione dinamica direttamente all’interno del PIM, con layout personalizzabili che pescano le informazioni in tempo reale. È possibile generare PDF completi e strutturati, ma la funzione richiede un po’ di pratica e approfondimento.

Tra i principali pro segnalo un’usabilità ottima, con interfaccia e navigazione molto curate, e prestazioni elevate anche in presenza di enormi quantità di dati. La capacità di strutturare informazioni complesse, integrarsi rapidamente con il gestionale creando in automatico voci e relazioni, utilizzare i Robot per automatizzare processi e compilazioni, e creare documentazione dinamica direttamente dal PIM.

Cons:

Alcune operazioni più complesse, come l’import dei dati, la gestione delle connessioni e la creazione della documentazione dinamica, potrebbero essere rese più intuitive. Si tratta comunque di funzioni avanzate che richiedono una conoscenza approfondita per essere sfruttate al meglio.

OnPage si è rivelato una soluzione estremamente efficace per centralizzare tutte le informazioni di prodotto, permettendo di gestire dati prettamente tecnici e altri più descrittivi all’interno di un unico ambiente facilmente consultabile. La sua interfaccia intuitiva, infatti, facilita la navigazione anche agli utenti meno esperti, rendendo semplice individuare e modificare rapidamente le informazioni necessarie. Grazie alla presenza di una sola fonte ufficiale di dati, si riduce in modo significativo il rischio di errori e duplicazioni, migliorando la coerenza tra cataloghi, schede tecniche, manualistica varia e sito web. La sincronizzazione in tempo reale permette inoltre di mantenere sempre allineati tutti i contenuti distribuiti nei diversi canali aziendali. Il sistema si adatta bene sia a cataloghi di dimensioni contenute sia a database più estesi, risultando una scelta scalabile e adatta a realtà in crescita. Un ulteriore vantaggio è rappresentato dalla possibilità per diversi reparti, come marketing, tecnico e commerciale, di collaborare direttamente sullo stesso ambiente (con la semplificazione di utilizzo tramite viste ad hoc e gruppi di campi), ottimizzando i flussi operativi e migliorando la gestione complessiva delle schede prodotto.

Cons:

In alcuni casi, le personalizzazioni complesse non risultano immediatamente accessibili e possono richiedere supporto tecnico aggiuntivo.
