Cons:

This converter is amazing. I don't see what can be improved. Of course, as technology advances, this will happen. But for now, you choose which way to go, PDFCreator does the rest.

Pros:

PDFCreator can support any type of document extension and convert it to PDF, or convert it from PDF to other document type. The merging and separating tools work well and i also can password protecting my PDF to prevent the files from third party user editing and printing it without my permission.

Cons:

The software is free to download and to be use, but are filled with many advertising and third party software that will automatically installed into my computer without my permission. It is better for them to offer a premium account for user, and get rid of the advertisement and bundled software.

Open source PDF creation

PDFCreator is ideal for whenever you want to convert a regular document into a PDF. Used it in the past quite a lot, as PDF creation was not part of Office. However, since Microsoft introduced the ability to convert Office documents into PDFs I basically switched back to what it offers. Whenever I need something more advanced I basically use one of the various online PDF manipulation sites (i.e. for merging PDFs), but I guess PDFCreator still has its use for those that need to convert to PDF more often rather than just ocassionally.

PDFCreator was the first open source PDF creator launched, and that gained a lot of popularity over the years. It's the type of program that you install and use whenever you want to convert a regular document into a PDF. Later versions introduced conversion to other formats as well (JPG, PNG, TIF, ...) so it's more than a PDF creator now. It also allows PDF file manipulation as you can combine several documents into a single PDF file and it has support for multiple conversion profiles.

Cons:

Still requires an additional download, Ghostscript. Not the most intuitive interface. A bit on the freemium side since they introduced the PDFCreator Plus paid version.

PDF Creator is a powerful work tool that makes it easy for me to edit and create documents.

PDF Creator Software has been a determining factor in my professional career in every way. It has given me useful tools that have allowed me to position myself in my place of work. I use it daily and from my experience I can assure that it is the best program currently oriented to the creation and edition of PDF documents. The Software PDF Creator undoubtedly remains at the forefront of the programs to edit PDF documents as it offers several tools that facilitate my work. Undoubtedly, the most useful function is that which allows you to click on files and drag them to the work area. That reduces the time to convert one or more files and as if by magic we created our PDF document. I recommend it openly for those who regularly work in this type of format.

Cons:

Although it seems to me a powerful program, I believe that its only weakness is the limitation that implies not being able to reproduce or modify documents without the signature appearing in the foreground over the text. This could inconvenience the reader a little and make his experience somewhat heavy. I fully understand that copyright should not be violated, however I believe that alternatives could be sought to guarantee them.

It's very good, easy to use and with additional powerful features; No complications about the format

"PDF Creator" not only allows to create PDF files but also to protect them, and limit the file only to the visualization; This is fantastic if you send documents that can be plagiarized, so with PDF Creator you can be calmer when sending a PDF.

The virtual printer PDFCREATOR integrates very well with the other software, allows to improve the configuration of the output file. It works for more than 20 different extensions. The action of clicking the file and dragging, and automatically edit it is very good. In the profile system it can be copied in Flash Memory to be used in another PC. You can select the security level of the encryption (low, medium and high) according to the need and edit the permissions on the document (printing, copying, editing). Convincing two PDF files is extremely easy, just select right click and open them with PDFCREATOR, then join lessons, and that's it!

Cons:

If you want to create a single PDF document with several non-PDF files, it does not work as well, since you must first open all the files in your default programs, this can take a long time and is complicated. Junfo is installed with PDF Architect, this is not optional.

Indispensable to send files that require a certain degree of protection of information.

The biggest gain I've had and still have with this program is the level of security and the relatively little space I need to work with files in this format, both for those I send and for those I receive or download from the Internet, which , combined with the PDF converter, allow me to generate text files from the original pdf format.

Indispensable to send files that require a certain degree of protection of information. Creating documents with this format (PDF) is extremely easy and fast. In addition, in many cases the security of the information you want to send is vital and this format offers several options and levels of security such as the ability to add a watermark, encrypt data and use passwords and, on the other hand, and not least is the fact that it has a great capacity to compress the size of files.

Cons:

In many cases it can be very difficult to work with information received in a PDF document, since this format, in principle, is not made so that the editable document, in other words, it is practically impossible to edit a PDF for the simple fact that it is it's about an image of a document. Fortunately, there are already tools such as the Aiseesoft PDF Converter Ultimate that allows converting PDF to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other editable text formats.

Pros:

Free tool, easy to install and use, works as an assistant in the form of a virtual printer, so it can be used in conjunction with any program capable of sending files to the print queue, it can significantly compress the size of the Word, Excel document. Power Point by transforming it to the pdf format, occupying less space on the disk and are easier to send by email. As a teacher I constantly use it to compress documents and that these occupy less space on my pc. It helps to avoid plagiarism also limiting the file only to the visualization

Cons:

I consider that its only disadvantage is that it should have an option that allows editing the documents that are in this format since it is practically impossible to edit a PDF, for the simple fact that it is an image of a document

This software came into my work environment by chance, and it's the best chance I've ever had. PDF Creator is a very useful software to create and edit documents in PDF format. As it generates we use this format a lot in our work environment for the creation of documents in PDF format related to theatrical scripts, elaboration of speeches of presentation of works or theatrical spaces and of microtheatre. And not only does it stay with the creation of PDF documents, but you can also modify them, this feature is one of the most prominent and the one that makes us use more this software, since the material we create in PDF is reviewed by the entire team, and in this review always appear highlights that further nourish the content of the text, and this is where we modify according to these new ideas. And if that wasn't enough we can add passwords to protect each of our PDF documents. Undoubtedly this software is quite complete and very useful not only for our field of work but for any other field of work that requires the use of these features.

Cons:

For the features we use, I don't think it's convenient to enunciate some negative element that distorts the image and functions of this incredible software. Perhaps you could mention that its paid version is a little expensive for our management, however it is a trifle in comparison to all the positive features offered by this software.

PDFCreator for documents

I used this software during my research. As I have written my thesis subject wise therefore this software provided me with the best option to compile my research and get it ready for the printing. I also convert many of my documents to PDF format using PDFCreator for easy printing.

PDFCreator can convert many types of documents into PDF format without the availability of the internet and free of cost. It allows you to compile many documents into one format. PDFCreator requires less space on your hard drive and can be easily downloaded from many websites. it is a very light software that gives the printing facility and works on the low-end PCs.

Cons:

PDFCreator is a bit complex for low illiterates of the computer. it has some installations problem in old operating systems such as Windows 7. Some issues can also occur during printing. it also requires troubleshooting to solve these issues after using it for some time.

pdf creator the best way to convert my music files to pdf.

This program has made me day to day in my job easier. In the university it helps me to convert the homeworks done in pdf and in the work it is very useful because I can have all my scores and musical exercises on my cell phone or tablet always at hand.
