"Base functionality can be adapted to most businesses- and Epicor does offer third party add on’s to fill in gaps of functionality, or adding advanced features to streamline businesses."

"It is way too much money for what you get and pushing people to the cloud where they have to spend tens of thousands more dollars, but get "free stuff" like wireless warehouse that we will not use is very frustrating."
"Inherent internal control risks from a disbursements standpoint; the data structure behind address management (linked addresses for customer/supplier/vendor profiles) is good in theory but creates issues in practice when you need to modify the address for one record but not all"
"I was not a fan of how long it takes for reports to be downloaded from the Epicor system, the system seems to freeze while waiting for reports to be completed."
