Cons:

The go-to tool to raise money or manage a club deal

- as Phacet CEO I used it to raise money across 3 SPVs - as a Business Angel I use it for every investment - as the manager of a club deal (100+ BAs) I only use Roundtable: drive trust for members of our club deal
